David Klehm is an attorney who specializes in all aspects of Civil Litigation and Courtroom Jury Trials. Mr. Klehm received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He has over Twenty years of experience preparing Cases for Trial and engaging in Judge and Jury Civil Trials throughout Southern California. He has been involved in Jury Trials in San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
Mr. Klehm began his Civil Litigation career under the mentorship of two of San Diego’s most renowned Trial Attorneys, Milton J. Silverman and Lance C. Schaeffer. From there, he went on to practice Professional Negligence Litigation and successfully defended many hospitals, doctors and nurses in a wide variety of cases. Mr. Klehm has also represented clients in hundreds of mediations, arbitrations and depositions throughout his career.
He is President of a Bar Affiliate organization for lawyers and served his Country in the United States Marine Corps. He joined the firm in 2008.
