Michael Partain1

Mike Partain has spent the past 14 years representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation cases. Before that, he spent three years representing injured workers across Southern California, giving him a strong background and experience stemming from both sides of the courtroom. Mike built a repertoire as a settlement specialist, winning hundreds of settlements approved by the Worker's Compensation Appeals Board for his clients. He has further taken dozens of cases to trial, representing both employers and employees.

Mike focuses on building rapport among parties, citing it as the prime factor for moving through the complicated workers' compensation system in a timely manner. To Mike, the quicker a case is settled, the sooner injured workers are able to return to their lives — a primary goal for everyone involved. Mike is experienced in getting injured workers settlements and treatments reasonable and appropriate to their respective situations. Mike is a certified specialist in California workers' compensation law.
