Jean P. Buchanan represents employees in labor and employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Prior to joining Carlin & Buchsbaum, Jean gained valuable litigation experience in a number of different practice areas, including consumer law class actions, fraud, elder abuse, and general negligence.
